This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds are provided for purchases
made through any website, mobile application, or other software application (collectively, the "Services")
presented with and/or referring to this Refund Policy, operated by CodingShadows - owned by Rusu Dinu-Ștefan.

This policy applies to purchases of digital content, subscriptions, in-app purchases,
and other paid features offered through our Services. Please read it carefully before making a purchase. By
completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms set out in this
Refund Policy, together with our Terms of Service and
Privacy Policy.
2. Purchases Through App Stores
Most purchases of our mobile applications, subscriptions, and in-app purchases are
processed by third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play. When your purchase is
processed by one of these platforms, the refund is subject to that platform's own refund policy and
procedures, and refunds must generally be requested directly from the platform:

We do not have the ability to directly issue refunds for purchases processed by these
platforms. However, if you experience an issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
3. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you generally have a 14-day right
of withdrawal for online purchases under Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian consumer protection law (OUG No.
34/2014).
For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium (such as app features,
digital downloads, or online services), you expressly agree that supply begins immediately upon purchase and
you acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun and the download
or access has commenced with your prior consent. Where performance has not yet begun, you may exercise your
right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving any reason.
4. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the settings of the
app store used for the purchase (Apple App Store or Google Play). Cancelling a subscription stops future
charges but does not automatically refund amounts already paid for the current billing period. Access to
paid features typically continues until the end of the period already paid for.
5. Circumstances Where Refunds May Be Granted
Where a purchase is made directly through us rather than through an app store, or where
an app store directs you back to us, we may, at our discretion, grant a refund in situations such as:
- The purchased feature or service is materially defective and we are unable to resolve the issue within a
reasonable time.
- You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same purchase.
- The service was not delivered due to a fault on our side.

6. Circumstances Where Refunds Are Not Provided
Except where required by applicable law, refunds are generally not provided in the
following situations:
- Change of mind after digital content has been accessed, downloaded, or consumed.

- Issues caused by third-party hardware, software, or network conditions outside our control.
- Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account termination.

7. How to Request a Refund
For purchases made through an app store, please submit your request directly to the
relevant platform as described in Section 2. For purchases made directly through us, please contact us at
[email protected] with your order details, the email address associated with the purchase, and a
description of the reason for your request. We will review eligible requests and respond within 14 days.
Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under
applicable law, including your rights under EU and Romanian consumer protection legislation. If you are an EU
consumer, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at
ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy. The policy in
effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
