Visitors may post content as long as it is not obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy or injurious in any other way to third parties. Content has to be free of software viruses, political campaign, and commercial solicitation.

We reserve all rights (but not the obligation) to remove and/or edit such content. When you post your content, you grant CodingShadows non-exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, modify such content throughout the world in any media.

We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of our Services. You are not allowed to download, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of our websites, mobile applications, or other software applications without written consent from us. This restriction applies to both the visible interface and the underlying code of our Services.

This section applies to internal testers, beta testers, early access users, and any users who have received premium features, services, or access without monetary payment ("Special Access Users"). By accepting or using any special access privileges, Special Access Users agree to the following binding terms: 1. Strict Confidentiality: Special Access Users shall maintain absolute confidentiality regarding any and all aspects of the Services, including but not limited to features, functionality, performance, bugs, development plans, business strategies, user interface, user experience, and any other information obtained through their privileged access. 2. Non-Disclosure: Special Access Users are strictly prohibited from disclosing, sharing, discussing, or revealing any information about the Services without prior express written consent from CodingShadows. This includes but is not limited to social media posts, blog posts, videos, screenshots, or any other form of communication. 3. Legal Restrictions: Special Access Users explicitly waive their right to initiate or participate in any legal action, claim, or proceeding against CodingShadows, its owners, employees, or affiliates relating to any aspect of the Services, including but not limited to functionality, performance, or availability. 4. Binding Effect: These special provisions are legally binding and enforceable, regardless of whether monetary consideration was provided. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access, legal action, and monetary damages.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms of Service shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. The failure of CodingShadows to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
